Your role is on-site practice management in order to ensure that each patients journey is structured and followed through. The patient has all of their questions answered, and the patient has an amazing experience.
Your duties will include:
- Meeting and Greeting Patients
- Making sure that the clinical team is ready and briefed for the patients appointment
- Arranging for the patient and their coordinator to liaise live during FCA where the appointment is an FCA
In addition the practice manager will have responsibility for undertaking the following activities either while on site or remotely:
- Ensuring pre surgery process has taken place
- Booking post surgery appointments and follow ups
- All admin compliance duties
- An enthusiastic self motivated individual who cares
- Well presented and professional
- Organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Sharepoint, Excel, Power Point and Word
Essential:
- TCO or nursing experience
Preferred but not essential:
- Knowledge of dental Implants
With large expansion imminent, we are looking for someone that is also interested in job growth with more roles and responsibilities in the future.
Salary:
From £32,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Harrogate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
