Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Plumber to join our team, based in Knowsley on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum,with Company Van & Benefits.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Plumber will include:
Service, repair, maintenance and breakdown of commercial and
domestic heating systems
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
Manage the delivery of the work onsite
Organising labour and materials
Carrying out onsite supervision providing technical and practical support
Fault finding analysis, maintenance and repairs to commercial and
domestic heating systems
Installation and upgrading work to respective heating, sanitation, plumbing and HVAC equipment on a planned and reactive basis
Undertake PPM activity
Completion of all relevant paperwork including technical and situational reports
Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
What we are looking for in our ideal Commercial Plumber:
Recognised formal training Commercial/ Domestic Plumbing NVQ L2/ City & Guilds equivalent. Solar, Renewable qualifications desirable. Excellent knowledge of current legislation and regulations. Full clean driving license.
Local authority/ social housingexperience with knowledge of a variety of commercial and domestic appliances and installations.
Possess comprehensive technical skills. Extensive experience in commercial fault finding and rectification.
Good all-round knowledge of heating systems with controls/BMS knowledge desirable.
Experience working with HIUs and heat pump desirable but not essential.
Installation experience of unvented hot water systems, point of use water heaters, boosted cold water systems and pumped drainage systems.
Capable of workingon screwed steel pipework/ Terrain solvent weld/ HDPE and familiar with pipework installation methods including press systems.We offer a range of benefits for a rewarding career including though not limited to:
