Full time role (this position will involve working on Saturday 8am - 1pm every 3 weeks).
Duties of the Customer Service Representative to include:
- Promptly and professionally responding to any questions from clients and colleagues, guiding them through process, experience, and system queries.
- Triage all client queries to ensure that every customer receives excellent care and attention, and to guarantee a prompt resolution to any issues. This will involve escalating and articulating any significant issues to the appropriate owner, including thirdparties and internal stakeholders.
- Directing endusers to supporting material or further information to improve their overall experience and enhance their ability to selfserve in the future.
- Recording feedback for training and development purposes and ensuring that all issues are effectively recorded and tracked.
- A professional and personable attitude, with confident communication skills.
- Experience with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
- A genuine passion for client services and the overall customer experience.
- A background in financial services would be highly desirable, but is not essential.
