Several Customer Service Advisors are required for a prestigious business based in the Minworth area. This is initially a temporary role but will term permanent after 12-weeks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an industry leading business in the logistics sector.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Liaising with internal departments and depots to ensure all actions have been carried out in line with service levels and required timescales
Progress reporting and chasing of overdue services
Using high levels of communication to provide bestinclass service
General Customer Service Duties

Shifts are Monday - Friday and you will receive a pay rate of £9.50 Per Hour
