Are you a people person with experience in the residential, hotel or retail sector?

Our client, an award-winning mixed-use property developer in the UK and Ireland, is seeking a Resident Associate to support the Resident Manager in ensuring a smooth operation of the buildings and to provide an optimal customer experience.

As a Resident Associate, you'll work closely with 3rd party suppliers and in-house departments to handle resident requests and issues, promoting ancillary revenue, and collaborating with the Events team to set up and present customer social events and activities.

If you have excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to adapt to customer/resident feedback and to meet departmental deadlines, we'd love to hear from you.
