The Role

As an experienced Digital Learning Content Script Writer within the learning content team, you will be responsible for researching, scoping and writing off-the-shelf and bespoke digital learning content (including e-learning and Virtual Reality (VR) learning scenario content).

-
Off-the-shelf digital learning content: Researching topics from scratch (with no SME input), setting learning objectives and writing digital learning content scripts (mainly e-learning but may also include Virtual Reality (VR) learning scenarios and Games-Based Learning)

Writing engaging activities and scenarios that enhance the learning process (within Word document templates)
Devising modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of the course
Focus is on_
writing_ voiceover content within Word document templates; also involves visualising instructional graphics and relaying course design ideas and requirements to the team of Learning Content Developers
Project managing the endtoend learning lifecycle for generic 'offtheshelf' and bespoke products
Involvement in the industry body accreditation/approval process for offtheshelf products

You will have:

Flexibility to adapt writing style to align with inhouse style guide and requirements is essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent grasp of the English language
Extensive experience in instructional design within the Energy Industry is a 'must'
Indepth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

Job Types:

Salary:
£40,000.00 per year
