Job description - Sales Assistant

Skills and Behaviours:

Lives and breathes excellent Customer Care

Has a passion for sales with a real entrepreneurial flare

Is a self starter with a can do mentality

Has real concern for order and quality


MAIN DUTIES to include:


  • Basic I.T Skills are essential.
  • To be the face of the charity, bringing it to life for the customers and team
  • To support the manager to drive sales to maximise shop income and achieve sales targets
  • To deliver excellent customer service and store presentation standards.
  • To ensure that the shop premises are clean and tidy at all times and that goods are displayed in an attractive and presentable manner.
2 days a week including alternate weekends.
