The Role - Cleaning Operative x 28 hrs
AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our cleaning team at our client's prestigious retail site in the Carlisle City Centre area
This is a Permanent role 28 hours per week - working straight 7- hour shift, earliest start would be 6am, latest finish would be around 9pm on any days in-between Monday to Sunday with the option of overtime to cover holidays and sickness
Duties/Key Responsibilities
- You must be flexible and able to work in a multiservice team and can work under your own initiative.
- Provide a cleaning service that is professional and to the highest standards at all times this includes: mopping and vacuuming floors; wiping down buildings and equipment; cleaning toilets and washrooms; and other duties appropriate to the role
- Use cleaning materials in accordance with company health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Adhere to all inhouse Health and Safety Environmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is kept clean, wellmaintained and in safe working order.
- To build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
- Work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that AM Support Services offers exceptional customer service at the highest standards
Skills Required:
- You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
- Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
- Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Good timekeeping and attendance are both essential.
