**Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Greenwich**A lovely school in Greenwich is currently recruiting for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant who can support children with challenging behaviour.

As a SEN TA you will be supporting pupils who suffer with challenging behaviour, it's important you have an understanding on different factor which may contribute to this.

Special Needs Teaching Assistants are there to support pupils with their learning developmentand outside work such as extra curriculum activities or intervention.

It's very important that you are a highly approachable SEN TA, as it's important to build solid relationships with the pupils

Ideal Behaviour Mentor

Hard working, reliable and enthusiastic
SEN TA who can start ASAP
SEN TA who has experience deescalating situations
SEN TA who has solid experience working with challenging behaviour and having excellent behaviour management
SEN TA who can relate to children and young people
Able to commit to 8:303:30 Monday to Friday
