Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Job Duties

To lead and supervise the booking and administration teams in providing a Temporary Staffing service to all Trust Managers, Staff Bank members.
Provide general support service as required by Staff Bank members and work as part of the Staff Bank Team at a supervisory level.
The post holder is responsible for keeping accurate attendance records and is expected to contribute to workforce planning.
The role will require the Senior Booking Officer to act as the key trainer to new starters within the team and act as a mentor.
The post holder will also be involved in achieving divisional workforce and Temporary Staffing objectives and improving staff engagement and workforce key performance indicators in their assigned areas.
The role requires working at a supervisory level to be engaged in the provision of a customer focused Temporary Staffing service and the development of improvement plans.
The Senior Booking Officer will support the Temporary Staffing Managers to achieve deliverable effective objectives for the divisions with particular reference difficult to recruit to roles, driving down agency reliance and spend and supporting innovationagainst recruitment challenges. The role will support ongoing recruitment activity.
The post holder will be required to participate on the Oncall Rota
To assist in developing and deliver supporting complex staffing plans for the divisions across the Group, working with the wider HR team and the HR business partners to identify particular Group wide recruitment challenges.
