Working hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8.15am - 4.15pm and Fridays: 8.15am-3.45pm, 37 hours per week.
Term Time only & 1 week (39 working weeks)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking receptionist to join our admin team. The Meadows Primary Academy is an ambitious and inclusive community school with passion for delivering high quality education. Our staff are innovative, hardworking and motivated.
Our admin team provide the school with vital support to ensure the smooth day to day running of the school.
We require a front of house receptionist to be the first point of call to all visitors, parents and pupils, who will represent the key school values of respect, teamwork and kindness.
The role will include welcoming visitors, answering the phone and dealing with enquiries from parents, staff and other stakeholders.The role will also include ensuring that the daily registers and dinner registers are completed on SIMs, accounting for dinner money payments with our online payment system, and liaising daily with the school kitchen.
Salary:
SET Grade - SCP current FTE salary £20,812 - £21,190,
actual salary
£18,064 - £18,387 - pay award pending)
