Role:
The Senior Graphic Designer will demonstrate broad experience and be comfortable being an all-rounder across all aspects of creative and innovative design and development disciplines.
Working from our Head Offices in Cardiff, this is a varied and diverse role requiring flexibility and a can-do attitude.
- Manage all creative design for the PMA website.
- Create, manage, monitor, and advise on all creative design projects from concept to completion. This will involve daily interaction, reports and updates of all creative and associated web development projects with the PMI Team and coordinating client feedback.
- Keep creative design projects on track with agreed client milestones and deadlines.
- Manage and monitor all creative design spend and ensure all costs and hours related to the project are in line with agreed costs.
- Manage all supplier relationships relating to creative projects, including materials and responding to printing related enquiries, promptly.
- Ensure that Teamwork is up to date and all associated milestones and billing is in line with project deadlines.
- Developing innovative design processes and creating longterm solutions to prepare for future development requirements and new industry trends.
- Create all creative design specifications ready to hand over to the Commercial Team for pricing and quotations.
- Support all project launches and customer meetings where Creative design is part of the project. Provide detailed updates and interpret customer feedback for actioning and updating the PMI Team, where appropriate, for implementation.
- Ensure all project reporting is up to date and be able to provide a status update at any stage during the development cycle.
- Assist in Graphic and UI/UX design for website design layout and UI.
- Manage outsourced creative services to ensure quality delivery, and compliance with PMA project requirements.
- Provide customer guidance on creative design disciplines.
- Taking the lead on projects while working very closely with fellow team designers, as well as clients, from planning to delivery
- Attend daily briefings and debriefings with the Client Services Manager, with all systems updated to reflect the latest project status with all new projects.
- Contributing to the Web Development/Creative Design Team in terms of outputs, to internal and external customers.
- Identify and present more effective working practices to improve client satisfaction.
- Meet all agreed Key Performance Indicators.
- Other duties, as required, to meet business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong knowledge of industry leading design principles.
- Excellent knowledge of industry leading design software.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Great attention to detail, to pick up needed changes before client review.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Great customer service skills, taking responsibility for managing enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Extensive experience of creative design that has resulted in a large portfolio of delivered work of the type required by Pixafusion.
- Extensive experience of working with clients to develop products that meet their needs.
- Experience of leading teams, to achieve high performance.
- Demonstrable positive experience of team working, or working alone.
Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
