We have an immediate long term temporary vacancy for a Project Coordinator with our prestigious renewable energy client. This will be a hybrid role; part remote, part based out of their central London officeRole Summary
The Project Coordinator will support our client's renewable energy projects with admin/support tasks within finance, facilities, structure, governance, on/off boarding of project members to ensure a standardised and smooth running of those projects.
Responsibilities:
- Admin support to the Project Management Officer or Project Director.
- Meeting, event and calendar management.
- Recording minutes and actions.
- Preparing reports, presentations and project documents.
- On/offboarding project team members.
- Maintaining distribution lists and organisation charts
- Sharepoint site management.
- Purchase order and contract management.
- Checking and approving invoices in SAP.
- Internal communication with project team.
- Quality assurance.

- Meeting and event management.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, MS Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint.
- Purchase orders, invoice and contract management.
- Good communication skills.
- Managing many stakeholders.
- Serviceminded and positive mindset.
- Proactive and selfdriven.
- Passion for administration.
- Able to manage and prioritise a large number of incoming tasks in a fast paced environment.

- Good understanding of processes, standards and templates.
- Experience in project environment, preferably in the wind or construction industry.
