This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to start your career in the legal sector My client is a growing law firm in central Huddersfield, they are looking for a new addition to their claims team.

This is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for dealing with prospective customers as they look to begin their personal injury claim.

This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate who is looking to develop their career in the legal industry.

This company offer full training with the opportunity for career progression in to a Fee Earning role.

Duties will include:

Receive inbound claim enquiries via telephone
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Accurately obtain and update the case management system with all relevant customer and claim detail
Assess the potential success of the claim
Effectively identify the most appropriate protocol to begin the claim
To conduct themselves with empathy and professionalism at all times whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
Proactively communicating with our customer's to assist them in beginning their claim
Assist the Fee Earner's with tasks as required
