Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Ashton-Under-Lyme
Full Time Office Based
Salary up to £24k


I am currently recruiting for a law firm in Ashton-Under-Lyme who are looking for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal or Assistant to work in an established team.


The Day to day duties:

  • Set up files including AML checks;
  • Commission surveys and subsequent reports;
  • Deal with all aspects of sales and purchase transactions from first instructions to post completion filing of SDLT return at HMRC and registration of title at Land Registry;
  • Liaise throughout with surveyors, estate agents, clients and other side solicitors;
  • Attending client meetings (Video meetings at present)to take notes and to action matters arising
  • Liaising with clients and other professionals to assist the solicitor team.
