Integrated Producer
£50,000-£55,000

The Role / Company:

Major Players are working with an award winning production agency who create exciting integrated content across a variety of global clients They are looking for an experienced Integrated Producer who thrives off of problem solving and manage the end-to-endinternal & external projects across integrated deliverables including social, TVC, video, internal and digital campaigns, ensuring a seamless production process throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process and planning from briefing through to shoot and postproduction (after effects, audio, cinema 4D and design)
Actively scope new briefs to meet timeline and budget requirements
Manage client communication by actively updating on process and any adds, moves or changes
Report into the Executive Producer and Heads of Departments on project updates
Work closely with the live action producers and postproduction team ensuring deliverables are met at the highest standard
Communicate clearly between internal and external personnel including 3rd party agencies and suppliers
Collaborate with postproduction upon creative challenges and problem solving
Confidently lead junior producers, mentoring and nurturing through the production process
Independently production meetings
Manage and clearly identify resource required to meet pipeline, project standards, ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered
Ensure project budgets are quoted efficiently, consistently tracked, flagging any issues and reconciliation when needed

Key Requirements

5+ years' production experience in a creative agency environment
Experience having worked on high quality, film projects & shoots
Keen eye for detail and businessminded
Confident production knowledge across industry standards, especially postproduction
Highly organised and comfortable multitasker
Strong financial understanding across budget handling

Salary & Benefits:
- £50-£55k per year
