4 On, 4 Off (6am - 6pm / 10am - 10pm) - No Nights

£39,945 Rising To £42,740 After Probation
We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Manager to join a global market leading food manufacturing company. An exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Manager to join their well-established team. As Maintenance Manager you will be tasked with therunning and continuous improvement of the Maintenance & Engineering Department. You will likely be a strong man-manager with a comprehensive engineering background within a food environment.

This role will appeal to an autonomous individual with a comprehensiveidea of how to run a successful Engineering team within a pressurised environment.

This position will appeal to a strong manager looking for their next challenging role within a secure and stable company.


Role Description

  • Providing both Reactive & PPM maintenance
  • Working on a variety of production machinery
  • Being involved in Project Work
  • Fault Finding both Electrical & Mechanical
  • Working with PLC's
  • Adhering to all health & safety on site

Skills and Qualifications

  • Maintenance Experience


  • NVQ/BTEC Level

  • Engineering
  • 18th Edition (Advantageous)
  • Fault Finding ability both Electrical and Mechanical
  • Hydraulics and Pneumatics
