We are looking for an individual with a passion for supporting young people to be successful in their learning.

The Douglas Bader School educates young people between the ages of 5-16 who have a wide range of complex social, emotional and mental health needs.

Applications are encouraged from people who have:

Experience of and commitment to working in an educational setting.
An adaptive, consistent and kind approach to supporting pupils to achieve their best.
Good communication skills and the ability to build positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents/carers and multi agencies
Positive behaviour management skills and are prepared to support pupils individually, in groups and whole class settings.
