As an independent local recruitment agency, we require an enthusiastic, dedicated individual to join our team as a
Trainee Recruitment Advisor, to uphold our vision to be the best local agency by adopting and adhering to our Company Values.

Role of
Trainee Recruitment Advisor would involve supporting our Recruitment Advisors by:

Advertisement of vacancies
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
Organising interviews
Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
Building relationships with clients
Maintenance of MatchMaker database and all written and electronic records
Answering and directing calls
Excellent communication skills

verbal (essential)
Enthusiasm and drive
Strong work ethic
Willingness to help others
Team spirit
Proficient IT ability
Organised and reliable

This is a trainee role and therefore all training will be provided. This role also has a progression plan through to Recruitment Advisor and then on to Senior Recruitment Advisor.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Location:
Redditch, Worcestershire

Salary:
Dependent upon experience
