Are you a passionate and experienced Product Designer, experienced in delivering both UX and UI design in digital, including experience in mobile and app?

If yes, this could be the job for you.


This is a 12-month FTC, covering maternity leave and offers an exciting opportunity to support us creating the UK's best betting experience for our customers.

You'll be part of a multidiscipline team working across sports and gaming, helping to deliver new products and services.


During this FTC, an experienced Product Design Leadership team will always have your back and will guide you all the way.


What you will be doing

  • Improving the online experience. Together with design and product specialist you'll own projects from start to finish, setting a benchmark for what good looks like, and how to get there.
  • Researching customer pain points and validating designs, not just with our customers but also with our 888 William Hill colleagues.
  • Engaging with the product team to provide a strong customer voice we want usercentred design to be at the forefront of every process.
  • Collaborating with different disciplines. You'll work closely with Product designers, User Researchers, Engineers, Product Owners, Data Analysts and Business Stakeholders to research, build and deliver awesome experiences.
  • Refining and optimising customer journeys, using micro interactions, usability testing and our design thinking.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience delivering both UX and UI design with a excellent ability in Figma or similar tool
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment alongside developers
  • Strong portfolio or case study demonstrating a customerfirst mindset backed up with user research at all stages of your work.
  • Ability to conduct usability tests using user testing platforms and validate their design solutions.
  • Experience working with User Researchers, Product managers, Developers, and other designers to plan, prioritize, and execute on complex problems.
  • Ability to articulate your design decisions backed up by usability testing and data to stakeholders.
