An East London based Secondary school are looking for a forward-thinking
HLTA who is passionate about passing on their knowledge and passion for literacy.

Role:

Deliver the Hackney Literacy programme to groups of around 1012 students
Work collaboratively with other school colleagues by planning literacy resources
Regularly reviewing the progress of students in the hackney literacy groups and intervening where necessary
To actively respond to students' diverse needs both in and out of the classroom environment
Have a passion for literacy
Work collaboratively with students, teachers and parents
Have high expectations of themselves and students
Go the extra mile to support students
Commitment to continually develop
