As a result of an increased workload and ambition to further build and strengthen the Occupational Hygiene team within the business, we are looking for an ambitious, quick to learn, intelligent individual to undertake the role of a Technical Support team member, to join our team based in our Halesowen office.

Person Specification
- A good general standard of education, with at least 5 GCSEs (grade C/ 4 or above). A science background would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills are essential, preferably demonstrated through recent/previous work experience
- Excellent IT skills with experience of working on a variety of software packages and must possess a proven and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver first rate customer service
- Be able to self develop, with enthusiasm and ambition to improve your own skill set and take an active role in improving systems and processes within the team and be happy to attend further training courses
- Be comfortable working alone and as part of a team, some of whom will be based in other offices
The hours of work are 40 per week Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 4.30pm, with some flexibility on start and finish times.
- Competitive salary between £21, £23,088.00 dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications and hours worked
