**Days/ Hours: Monday
- Friday 8:30 17:00 / 1 in 3 Saturdays
- 8:30 15:00**Our client, an established, leading, awardwinning Estate and Lettings Agent are seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
The Sales Negotiator will:
- Liaise with vendors and prospective buyers
- Book valuations, update vendors and purchasers
- Book and chase up viewings
- Maximise all business opportunities and refer solicitor and mortgage leads
- Negotiate offers
- Progress property sales through to exchange and completion
- Canvass and prospect in order to engage and win new business
- Offer the very best customer service
The Individual will:
- Have a minimum of 1 year's estate agency experience as a sales negotiator
- Understand the estate agency process
- Be reliable
- Be trustworthy
- Have good negotiation skills
- Be articulate
- Be well presented
- Have excellent communicational skills
- Be confident and professional
- Be proactive
