Description
Duties of the Complaints Specialist will be:
- Identify the root cause of issue and look for areas to improve on
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Supporting customers with a resolution
- Taking ownership
- Understand the customers view points
- Working collaboratively with all areas of the business
Profile
The successful Complaints Specialist will have the below skills:
- To understand customer requirements. responding with professionalism and effectively use your organisational skills.
- Ability to work to targets & deadlines
- Previously worked within customer resolution management
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Ability to negotiate & offer resolution
- Resilient
