Are you a Warehouse Team Manager at the top of your game and looking for a new challenge? We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Team Manager working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, combining of both days and nights at our Bristol depot.


Working with our Depot Manager, Warehouse, and Distribution Teams at our Severn Beach site you'll be an important part of our work family.

Ensuring our quality products are ready to be delivered to our customers on time and in full, with your eye alwayson quality.

The Recipe


In this role you will be managing and developing a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that all internal and external customer requirements are met accurately, on time, and in a safe manner.

We want someone who is passionate, values-led and customer servicefocused, our fresh products are delivered directly to our customers daily, on time and in full.

It's a fast-paced environment that will keep you on your toes


We live our values therefore ensuring close monitoring of the quality of the products despatched to ensure they comply with our quality and date code.

You will be able to work to and manage our Health & Safety and Company Hygiene policies at the depot ensuring100% compliance always.


We are passionate about our people and you'll be a strong people manager, able to motivate and develop the team, keeping your team one step ahead with their development and input into their personal development plans.

To juggle all this job brings, you'llbe able to be flexible and highly-organised, making things happen when the need arises.


To keep any warehouse moving you'll need to be an excellent planner and keep an eye on KPI's and performance standards.

Essential Ingredients

  • Previous experience of operating at a management level within a fast moving company.
  • Previous experience in managing teams, coaching and mentoring.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong background working in a process driven business
