Essential Skills:


  • Minimum 3 years Scrum Master experience
  • Knowledge of multiple agile methodologies and frameworks ( eg Scrum, Kanban)
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to lead, coach and influence team in adopting the Lean Agile principles
  • Ability to ensure the appropriate use of Scrum/Kanban process
  • Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fastpaced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help team remove impediments
  • Excellent communication in addition to collaboration, analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical clients
  • Excellent verbal communication, influencing and facilitation skills
  • High level of credibility with executives and business partners; demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive to results
  • Strong JIRA & Confluence experience
  • Big picture thinking and commercial awareness
  • Strong reporting and metrics generation skills
  • Financial services Experience
  • Qualified Scrum Master, with some knowledge of SAFe being beneficial
