Purpose of the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the team based in Ringmer (
BN8 5NP). As a Service Advisor you will receive customers and process their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. This role will involve the input of information on a computer database with accuracy and efficiency.


Main Responsibilities:

The Service Advisor will be required to assist with the programming and allocation of work for Colas Mechanical Services.

Your day to day will consist of:

Updating job cards on the computer database with repair and labour information, maintaining and monitoring a progress record of all job sheets, ensure that time sheets are correct and rendered promptly, liaising with workshop office on the progress of vehicles and ensure that completed vehicles owners are notified immediately and assisting the workshop supervisor in maintaining a continuous flow of work through the workshop.

You will also be involved with the production of reports from the database as and when required.

Liaising with third party customers and clients to ensure contact compliance and to ensure that all operations carried out within your area of responsibility are undertaken with full regard for the safety of visitors, other members of staff and yourself is essential in this role.

You will carry out other appropriate duties as assigned by the Contract Manager or team supervisor like visiting customers if required, telephone Sales if required and conducting customer surveys.


Package Description:
