About Our Client:


Our client is a well-established organisation that are looking for an Administrator position in the industrial/manufacturing industry based in Solihull.


  • Input and retrieval of data from various sources across the business
  • General administration tasks related to the commercial function as defined by members of the management team
  • Dealing with general enquiries from other departments within the business
  • Maintenance of internal systems and full adherence to the enquiry to cash processes
  • Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with all aspects of the commercial department and ensure it is carried out in a correct and timely manner
  • Regularly liaise with key stakeholders and all members of the team to always provide excellent internal customer service
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Successful Applicant:


  • A sound understanding of administrative practices and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
