  • Preservation surveyors to perform surveys within the Edinburgh area, to identify all preservation, timber/damp/rot issues within properties.

You must,

  • Be selfmotivated and keen to contribute.
  • Have strong knowledge and interest in construction with CSRT or CSTDB qualification. A strong understanding of Health and Safety within construction is also beneficial.
  • Be able to communicate well and form strong working relationships both within the company and with key shareholders.
  • Be able to learn and act on your own initiative.
  • Positively contribute to our strong company culture.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year

Experience:

Property Preservation Surveyors: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence with fewer than 6 points (required)
