Up to £32,500 DOE | Remote | IT Support for a Managed IT Support Provider
Ambitious MSP (Managed Service Provider) looking to recruit 2nd Line support team members. Remote role with office travel once a month to spend time with team and colleagues.

You will have good working skills with Microsoft Windows Servier, MS Desktop, M365,Anti-virus software along with a good understanding of networking.


Tech Support - Responsibilities include: -

  • Support for Windows Desktops, Laptops, hardware and software
  • Support for Windows Servers


  • Supporting Microsoft 36

  • User Accounts / Licenses / Permissions / Apps, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD
  • Writing / Updating User and System Documentation
  • Working on SLAbased technical support calls.
  • Some project work may be required.
  • As and when required attend client site to complete support tickets and/or project work to fulfil contractual obligation

About You:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to demonstrate a professional, respectful and proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Logical and Methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple requests through the help desk system
