We are looking for an experienced
Sorting Line Operative/_
Picker_ for a temporary to permanent contract working for a global recycling company in Hull.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly team and environment.


Location:
HU6

Working Hours: 7:30 to 17:00, and every other Saturday, 4 hours

Days:
Monday to Friday, every other Saturday

Standard: 39 hours + overtime

Break: 30 minutes - unpaid and 2 x 15 minutes - paid

Pay Rate:
£10.50p/h, overtime paid £15.75p/h


Duties include:


  • Working on the fastrecycling line
  • Picking off the line various items and sorting them
  • Daily cleaning duties of machinery and work area

Requirements:


  • Previous waste or recycling experience is desirable
  • You must be able to work in a demanding environment
  • This role requires you to stand for long periods of time

In return, you will receive:


  • Potential to become a permanent member of staff after 12 weeks of service
  • Earn a £150 attendance bonus if you complete 12 weeks of work with no absences
  • After you become a permanent employee, you will be entitled to 21 standard + 8 Bank Holiday days
