Simon Acres Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a forward thinking established company based in South Yorkshire, to find a Contracts Customer Service Manager.

Salary:
£36,000, plus bonus


Key responsibilities:


  • Providing outstanding customer service to existing and new customers
  • Working closely with the Quality Team to identify any key product trends and support with implementation of any change
  • Effectively leading, managing and developing the team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Working and delivering at a pace to meet customer and business requirements
  • Leading and owning all activities within the Contract Customer Services Team from customer order through to plot completion
  • Developing and empowering a culture of customer ownership and service delivery within agreed leadtime and costbased targets
  • Constantly challenging and shaping the Contract Customer Services Team to continuously drive an improvement and transformative service
  • Actively supporting the National Head of Contract Operations in envisioning, developing, and implementing customer and right firsttime strategies that underpin core business objectives
  • Working collaboratively across the business to ensure that the needs of customers are understood
  • Consistently delivering, building and maintaining strong working relationships across differing functions
  • Regularly meeting with existing and new customers to understand their requirements
  • Previous experience of working at a Customer Service Management level
  • Prior experience within businesstobusiness sales and a customer service environment
  • Proven track record of change and performance delivery
  • Energetic, ambitious and driven
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Efficient approach to management and resolution of customer issues and decision making
  • Analytical and data driven approach to customer management
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to empathise with customers, to understand and appreciate their circumstances and reach timely and appropriate resolution
  • Ability to define and deliver continuous improvement initiatives, performance enhancements and overcome barriers to success
