We are looking to recruit a hands on M365 Support Team Leader to lead a team of support engineers providing desktop and infrastructure support to multiple clients.

Technically you will need at least a solid 2nd Line capability on Microsoft Stack Technologies including M365, Active Directory and Exchange (ideally on premise and Azure / Online).

As a Team Leader you will be a person who creates a collaborative team and enjoyable yet accountable working culture.

You will be supported in providing opportunities for progression and technical development for your team.

There is a need to both improve the processes used by the Service Desk team and continue the technical development and mentoring of the team.
