Venn Group's specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Public Sector Organisation based in the West Midlands in the search for an experienced Locum Democratic Services Officer.

This is a full-time position where you will be a member of the team handling the Organisations' democratic processes.


Duties may include:


  • Attending meetings, taking notes, and liaising with officers and external bodies
  • Implementing decisions through correspondence, reports, and collaboration
  • Maintaining records of Council, Cabinet, Panel, and committee minutes
  • Assisting in organising civic events and training other officers
  • Preparing service meeting with electronic prep of agendas, reports, and minutes
