Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join our Facilities Management team at the Body Shop International office in Littlehampton.
Key Activities:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- To provide front line customer service support, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard in the designated buildings to Operations Manager and company's specification.
- Undertake administration and coordination tasks within nominated facilities in accordance with specific instructions, identify any supplementary work required to ensure the accommodation is presented in excellent condition at all times.
- To work as part of the FM team across all areas of service delivery: Porterage, Reception duties, minor M&E tasks including PPM's and on call, post room / courier services, waste collection, helpdesk duties (monitoring mailboxes, raising orders, logging tasks and quoted works), meeting room set ups and provision of security guard services.
- Coordinate the helpdesk to ensure tasks are completed on time, including dashboard monitoring of planned/reactive works for both TBSI contracts.
- Provision of PO, invoices/webcycle management
- Working 40 hours per week between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Well organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
- Able to multitask in a busy work environment
