Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team.

The Support Worker will assist Children and Young adults with various needs, providing essential care and support in a compassionate manner.


Requirements ( MUST HAVE )

- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent:

  • Recent Experience or at least 5 Years working WITH CHILDREN in home care, care homes or school settings**:
  • Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual needs
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Valid driver's license and a car

Duties:


  • Implement care plans and provide support to individuals in need
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for the individuals under care
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Keep accurate records of care provided

Job Types:
Full-time, Zero hours contract


Pay:
£12.82-£13.45 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
