Job description- You will provide professional support to the Centre for Economics, Policy and History (CEPH) and Impact Support at Queen's Business School (QBS). This role will support the CEPH-funded project jointly awarded with Trinity College Dublin (TCD) of €3.8m. The role will also work alongside the Director of Research Impact & Engagement in creating a culture and environment for impact at QBS. This includes managing and evaluating events to raise awareness.- Demonstrable experience administering a large collaborative grant, including following specific funder guidance, processing invoices and expenses, monitoring budgets, and controlling expenditures in line with university and funder regulations.

  • Financial experience preparing and reconciling expenditure statements, comparing actual expenditure to forecasted expenditure and providing variance analysis for the university and partners.
  • Demonstrable event experience, organising, facilitating events and presenting.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Research Excellence Framework (REF) particularly Impact.
