ACE Freight Forwarding is an independent freight forwarder, possessing a network of offices in strategic locations worldwide and specialising in In-House Dangerous Goods Management.

Our Aberdeen office now has a vacancy for a full-time Import / Export Freight Forwarder


Key Responsibilities:
shipments by air, sea, road and courier services

Ensure all shipments are declared correctly to HMRC using both CDS and CHIEF

Confirming quotes, pricing and timelines with clients

Invoicing to strict deadlines

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident with working to timelines in a fast paced office environment.

Exceptional customer service.

Comfortable using IT based systems.

Previous experience is essential, minimum 2 years

Monday to Friday
