Job Specification:
Responsible to the HR Group Manager, you will be supporting with day-to-day administration covering but not limited to the following areas:
- Provide administrative support
- Data entry
- Helping to maintain employee database systems
- Assisting with annual leave and absence reporting
- Assisting with payroll
- Supporting on adhoc projects
Personal Attributes:
- Able to establish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships
- Ability to accurately document, record and maintain information and data
- Ability to work with high selfdirection and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritising multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
- Team player
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Integrity the role requires appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be educated to degree level (Bachelor's degree any discipline)
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
Package:
- Starting Salary £25,000 £28,000 + Area Allowance
