Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor include:
- Being the first point of contact for Employee Relations matters
- Supporting with strategic HR projects
- Coaching line managers on HR policy and procedure
- Assisting with policy development
Profile
The successful HR Advisor should have:
- Ability to build relationships with line managers
- Experience dealing with ER matters
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in the use of HR systems and Microsoft office
- Experience in a housing association would be a bonus
Job Offer
- £27,000 - £32,000 salary
- 30 days holiday + bank holidays
- 6% employer pension contributions
