The client is a housing association in the Not for Profit and Charities sector who provide and manage housing, as well as helping care for and support their customers with a range of services, aiming to create a thriving local community.


Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor include:

  • Being the first point of contact for Employee Relations matters
  • Supporting with strategic HR projects
  • Coaching line managers on HR policy and procedure
  • Assisting with policy development

Profile

The successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Ability to build relationships with line managers
  • Experience dealing with ER matters
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience in the use of HR systems and Microsoft office
  • Experience in a housing association would be a bonus

Job Offer
- £27,000 - £32,000 salary

  • 30 days holiday + bank holidays
