We have a unique opportunity for a motivated and focused individual to join our medical records team for a 12 month fixed term basis.

This post will support the scanning of existing and new medical records to support our transition to a paper light/paperless system.


It is essential that you are able to demonstrate good interpersonal, verbal and written skills and have a "can do" attitude.

We are looking for a team player and an enthusiastic individual.

This role requires some manual handling, transporting notes using trollies, moving note storage racks via a mechanised system. Please note this role will involve a lot of moving around and standing for periods of time.


Main Purpose of the post:

To be responsible for Scanning and attaching correspondence to the relevant patients electronic record in a timely manner. To provide administrative service to the clinical administration department whist working effectively with the team.

Any other duties as may be delegated


The Trust comprises four hospitals - the John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill Hospital and Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Headington and the Horton General Hospital in Banbury.
