We are currently Recruiting for a Children's Residential Support Worker, this is to work in a home for children and young people with Complex Needs

The home is ran by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff.

Children's Residential Support Worker roles are one step below management, working as a Children's Residential Support Worker is an important part of a Residential setting - you will lead a team of support worker's and be a real voice for the young people in your care.

The young people in these homes have not chosen to be there, as a Children's Residential Support worker you will be working with them to create a family environment, making their experience as positive as possible. This allows for a good working relationship and positive outcomes for the young people.

On top of helping shape the futures of young people, you will gain valuable experience as a Children's Residential Support Worker and training as well as qualifications as you grow with a company that has the staff, and young people at the heart of its operation.

Children's Residential Support Workers are supported fully from a progression standpoint, there are multiple opportunities to grow and move into management positions. Working within this organisation as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

  • Clear progression plans
  • Sleepins paid at competitive rate as well as opportunities for overtime
  • Regular updates with inhouse Training and discussions about personal development
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care Children and Young People / Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,950.00 per year
