We are recruiting a caretaker to be based at Winsford Library and to support libraries in the Winsford, Northwich and surrounding areas.

You will need access to your own vehicle and be willing to travel around the area. This is a Grade 3 permanent position, for 37 hours per week.

You will be part of an inspiring Libraries Team, contributing to the delivery of an innovative community-driven library service.

You will be proactive in identifying and resolving maintenance issues that will ensure that our buildings are welcoming and safe for our customers and staff.


You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop positive working relationships and be able to work calmly to deal with varied situations in a pragmatic and supportive manner.

You will have the energy and enthusiasm to support the delivery of the range of services we provide.
