The team requires a Communications & Project Officer - Marketing & Communications to support engagement activity to deliver a start for life programme.


This role includes facilitating consultation activity in communities and aiding the team to promote individual services and new programmes, both in person and by supporting the team in creating marketing materials.

**- Educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and aptitude.

  • Good knowledge of the most effective ways to communicate with a range of different stakeholders
  • Ability to write and deliver an effective communications and engagement plan
  • Experience of communicating with residents and stakeholders using a range of different channels
  • Experience delivering inspiring change campaigns
  • Experience of engaging with people at all levels of an organisation and in a variety of different roles, adapting personal style to suit the circumstances
  • Working with and supporting senior managers at a strategic level and ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
  • Experience of organising events
