We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced

This will ensure our guests feel reassured that we always have their interests at the heart of everything we do.

You will be part of a busy kitchen team who are passionate about delivering amazing food quality for our owners and guests.

Supported by the Chef, as a Kitchen Assistant you are responsible for:


Business:


  • Providing and supporting an outstanding dining experience, ensuring service, quality and consistency, within a clean and safe environment for all.
  • Ensuring the kitchen, equipment and utensils are clean and stored correctly.
  • Supporting the Head Chef in a highly motivated and fast paced environment. This includes assisting with preopening prep work, prepare desserts to order & assist the Chef with meal prep to order during bsuier parts of the shift
  • Improving guest satisfaction scores and ratings, and owner retention through delivering great food.
  • Ensuring a robust food offering, embracing locally produced stock items where possible.
  • Delivering the highest of food safety standards at all times.
  • Maintain stock rotation, restocking food items
  • Follow and adhere to health and safety and food safety regulations.

Guests:


  • Ensuring all owners and guests receive a great, consistent food experience.

Team:


  • Work as part of the kitchen team to deliver great food quality for our owners and guests.
  • Creating and supporting a 'sense of community' a real family spirit.
  • Have fun whilst working in a clean and inviting environment.

Schedule:


  • Parttime position averaging 2030 hours per week depending on time of the year.
  • Evening work
  • Weekend work
  • School holiday availabilty
  • There may be requirements to work early mornings for the hotels breakfast shifts, upon successful training

Experience:


  • Relevant expereince is preferred, but not essential for this role as full training will be provided.
  • Someone with a real cando attitude who is passionate about working in a Kitchen environment and eager to learn.
