Process Operative / Recycling Operative

The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of
EMR Oldbury who are looking for several experienced Plant/Process Operatives to join their rapidly growing team.


Immediate starts available

Pay £10.07 per hour + Shift allowance of £1.26 per hour which is paid daily

Pay rate Inclusive of shift allowance is £11.33


You will be working in a fast-paced plant environment; you will be working within a raw materials refinery facility operating the process on the conveyor machines making sure no blockages hold up the process.

It is your duty to ensure all debris coming off the conveyor belt goes back through the system, you will oversee keeping area's tidy such as the shop floor, making sure the metals, plastics & rubbers are going through the process smoothly.


You will also need to be flexible, as you will be trained in various other departments and rotate shifts weekly.
