An opportunity has arisen to join our commercial kitchen business based in Portishead as Sales Administrator.You will play a critical role in supporting our sales team to deliver projects, whilst working closely with customers and suppliers.
The role would suit an organised individual who would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.- Responsibilities_
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Phoning suppliers and customers to obtain and provide updates.
- Quoting customers for equipment and installs via our dedicated software.
- Liaison with customers to understand their requirements.
- Obtaining costs from suppliers.
- Assisting customers with repair requirements on existing equipment.
- Updating databases with appropriate notes.
- Providing excellent customer service in all interactions.
- Represent the company in the best way possible.
- Highlighting any problems to senior management.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
£22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
