The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity join our well-established Private Client Property Team as a pricing administrator. The location of this role will be based in our Bath office. As the Pricing Administrator, you will provide general clerical and administrative support to the department.

Key
Responsibilities

General duties include, but not limited to:

  • Preparing fee estimates with scope of work and initial client contact to provide detailed information on costs of their matter
  • Dealing with onboarding clients including money laundering, ID verification
  • Preparing terms of engagement and compliance forms and ensuring these are updated and saved correctly and filed to our property management system database as well as our, electronic and paper filing systems
  • Ensuring all communication / documentation is safely recorded and stored in the case management system and the paper file
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate registration is completed and coordinate responses to requisitions
  • Ensuring clients receive confirmation and documentation on completion of registration.

Requirements:


  • Administrative experience preferably within a property management or legal environment
  • Familiarity with property documents and processes would be desirable
  • Able to work competently with Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good document presentation skills
  • High level of organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoy working methodically and accurately to deadlines
