Job description
The MIS Coordinator is responsible for the administration and data functions for the MIS and admin department in Bristol.

Duties

Creating compliance documents on PICs

  • Uploading paperwork to PICs & Sharepoint
  • Supporting the MIS and centre managers with any admin requirements
  • Support and prepare for enrolment activities
  • Management of filing procedures
Day to day timetable updates

  • Ability to operate office gadgets such as printers, phones and copiers
  • To undertake general administration duties
Liasing with learners and employers for attendance checks, meetings, compliance checks and reviews

Supporting the signup of learners to various systems

Updating personal data on systems

Supporting EPA bookings process

Data input

Running and scrutinising reports.

Skills:

Qualifications:


  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE grade C in English and maths or equivalent

Job description

  • Experience of efficient administration within a busy office environment.
  • Experience of maintaining accurate electronic and paperbased data recording systems.
  • Good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
  • To ensure data and reports are accurate and produced in line with deadlines.
  • Documents are accurate and formatted as required. Positive working relationships with stakeholders and apprentices.
  • To be able to work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good understanding of apprenticeships.

  • Good understanding of ESFA compliance paperwork.

The Role:

  • You will ensure up to date information is maintained on systems and all required documentation is in place to maintain funding compliance.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records that comply with ESFA and Ofsted regulations.
  • You will deliver outstanding levels of customer experience to all apprentices and employers.
  • Support the wider business at peak times with additional administration duties. You will liaise with external stakeholders.
  • The MIS Coordinator role will be integral in the sustaining of apprentices using a multiplatform approach.
  • Check and chase attendance daily, communicating with employers, apprentices, and NOK. Raising any concerns following this.
  • You will ensure all timetables are kept up to date and are communicated efficiently.
  • You will support the curriculum and engagement teams with any queries.

Pay:
£25,000.00 per year
