At Alba Trees we sell approximately 20 million trees per annum and are one of the largest suppliers to the woodland and hedging sectors.

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader based at our Gladsmuir tree nursery.

This exciting role will involve supervision of a Production Team. You will ensure that quality and productivity targets are met across a diverse team. Motivating and working directly with the team will be part of your daily routine.

Applicants must be passionate about delivering great standards and enjoy working in an agricultural / production style environment.

You will be a team player and good communicator, who is keen to learn new skills and share them with your team.

A strong awareness of health & safety requirements is vital to comply with legislation and follow company processes.
